If you are unhappy with your clothing order for any reason, you may exchange for an alternate size, an item of equal or greater value, or return for store credit (good for 1 year only). All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached. To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. You must ship the item back to us via UPS or FedEx only within 48 hours of receiving your RA #. Any order without an RA # will be refused. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges on exchanges or returns. Sideline Sweetie will cover one free shipping on an exchange item leaving our warehouse, however, any additional exchanges or returns will occur a ground shipping charge. All undergarments, accessories, sale, and discounted items are processed as final sale.
